Your first year is free — every block, both tiers.
Open an account and you pay nothing for twelve months from the day you start — however many blocks, both tiers. Standard pricing below applies from your second year.

$100 per block per year, taxes included — everything for your orchard. No minimum area, no per-tool haggling. Field evaluation of land you don't yet own is the one per-account service, $100 a year.
