A person reads every message. Tell us what you were doing and roughly where the field is, and we can usually see what happened.

The app says there is no clear image

AGER only shows cloud-free satellite passes. Under persistent cloud a field can go two or three weeks without one, and there is nothing we or you can do to hurry it — the satellite passes when it passes. Try again in a few days. If it has been more than three weeks with clear skies overhead, write to us.

A reading looks wrong

Check the date and the % clear figure printed under the map. Thin cloud that the filter did not catch reads as a dip that is not real, and a single low point is not a trend. Compare against four weeks earlier before acting on it.

I subscribed and the app still says I have not

Subscriptions are bought and billed by the App Store or Google Play, and it can take a minute for the store to confirm the purchase to us. Close and reopen the app first. If it still does not show, write to us with the email address on your AGER account and we will put it right — you will not be charged twice.

How do I cancel?

⚠ Cancel where you bought it, not with us. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf, because the store is the merchant.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the app until the period you have paid for runs out, and your saved fields stay until then.

I want my account and data deleted

You can do it yourself, without asking us and without installing anything: pomarium.ag/ager/delete-account. That page also explains how to delete a single saved field instead of the whole account.

What AGER keeps about you

Your email address, the outlines of the fields you save, and a store receipt identifier with the date your access runs to. Nothing else. The position your phone reports is used on the device to centre the map and is never sent to us. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Something else

Write to hello@pomarium.ag. If it is a bug, the date and roughly where the field is are the two things that help most.
